lunch 3pm
1 scoop chicken salad
1 scoop cottage cheese

dinner 6pm

4 cheese & herb stuffed mushrooms

4pm...old leftover turkey on wheat sandwich from the beach

7pm...friggin bean burrito...out, on the run, not a good choice, should have driven home

10 pm I am so hungry...want cereal in the worst way,,,trying to fight it

didn't eat horribly on the fourth

had a migraine all day long, barely moved, (except to go buy dad a bday cake) until 10 pm where I made myself 2 pancakes.

I had no bread, and needed something bready to absorb the acid in my stomach

doing great until dinner

have to make a change.

I am going back to eating every 2 hours on the dot 8am- 6pm

except today I woke up at 9

10 shredded wheat

12 smoothie and string cheese

2 two slices turkey on wheat.

4 cottage cheese

6 lean cuisine
