This was a bad, unprepared for day.

Breakfast- Small bowl of cheerios

Midmorning- Powercrunch bar

Late lunch-1 slice of pizza at bday party

Late dinner- BBQ chicken. potato salad. pie. cookies. blew it.

Tomorrow I buy a scale, new food, new lifestyle.

5pm: car ride home apple

Short of putting in a fresh, warm gooey cookie bakery, they got weakness #2.

A frozen yogurt shop a la Cherry On Top named Plum Dandy.

I ended the night with 4oz (ish) of really good (darkish) chocolate. No toppings.

Done. Not great.

Prepackaged salad mix (1/3-1/2 the bag)
Lettuce, carrots, cranberries, almonds, dressing

And maybe an apple or strawberries soon.

Tuesday: Day 2 end

I had a red apple at 7 and 45 calories worth of dark chocolate at 9 while on phone.

Getting closer to having a good day. This wasn't bad at all.

Wednesday: Day 3

Breakfast bacon egg and cheese Lean Pocket (I'm out of milk at the house)

Lunch subway: wheat, turkey, provolone, tomato, lettuce, spinach, green peppers, cucumbers, mustard. NO MAYO!!! -150 calories.

Work A small bit of lemon tart, whipped cream taken off (it was a 6 person circle. I was the last to approach the dessert box)

Dinner Same salad as last night. Lettuce mix, cranberries, almonds, carrots, dressing.

I ate dinner too early. Ate the Power Crunch I never ate earlier. +200 calories. Good thing I didnt eat the mayo.

And we get closer to a perfect day everyday.

Work An extremely insignificant sliver of Panera coffee cake someone brought it. Really, I mean, the thinnest I could cut it, just to try it. Nothing special.

Dinner Lean pocket. Chicken bacon dijon.

Dinner- salad and lower cal Lean Pocket. Can't wait to find a grocery store with cheap meals, but I'm a fan of the lean pocket for a week.

Iced coffee- sugar content unknown

Half a small apple cider donut, peanut butter tests on 2 pretzels

Subway from yesterday- turkey, ham, mustard, lettuce, tomato, spinach, cucumber on whole wheat (330 calories)

Stupid biscotti and coffee.

8 almonds

Healthy Choice Red Pepper chicken alfredo (250 calories)

2 dark chocolate hershey kisses.

I think its another good day!

This is a more "here is normal, non diet just healthy life" day.

Breakfast- Powercrunch

Lunch- Went out for coffee with my friend Bethany in downtown Schenectady near Proctors. Ate a grilled chicken, pesto, red pepper sandwich. Bad was the mozz and foccaia bread. But no chips, had water instead of coffee.

Will have cereal or otherwise small dinner.

Ended up at Schenectady's farmers market. Bought myself a jar of Saratoga plain jane chunky peanut butter. Maybe that'll be my Sunday, non Subway day treat. Except, how do you buy 2 slices of bread? Maybe english muffins, no jelly. Hmm... I'll pour the oil off the top out.

Went to have green apple slices with my new peanut butter (purposely didnt buy bread to not have too much.)

Had my apples and PB.

Then had more PB.

Off to do yoga.

Okay, well I blew tonight on stuff I had in the house. At least it wasn't fast food, but ugh stomach ache.

stupid 3/5 of a milk chocolate PB gertrude hawk bar (so 144 calories and lots of fat.. dummy)

A few non moldy grapes

Chicken parm healthy choice complete dinner (340 calories)

Probably around 1350-1400 calories today..

AND I FINISHED MY LEVEL 1 YOGA WORKOUT FOR THE FIRST TIME!

Yay! Its 930 and that might be all I ate today. I almost dont want to get out of bed to brush my teeth for fear of eating and blowing it...

But then again, I drank 45oz of water today and have to get up. Dag nabbit.

Grapenuts

Power Crunch

Subway (chicken this time. extra calories but we're not really counting).

2 chips ahoy (but no almonds today)

I was starving at 6 on the drive from the grocery store, and ate a stupid 80calorie Weight Watcher mini lemon cake I stumbled upon in the grocery store. Not worth it. Nevertheless I have 5 more of them and they will get eaten.

8 pieces of California Sushi. I know, weird, right? But filling and only 250 calories (ish!) for all 8!

So Im at about 1300 calories for the day.

I'm off to go work off some of those because I know I'll sadly be tempted by the Weight Watchers dessert frozen bars I have tonight. I should end at about 1300 calories tho.

Yay! Now if only the cookies were nuts and the mini cake didnt happen.

Too bad I still have about 55oz of water to consume in the next 3 hours. Not happening.

Breakfast lean pocket (they're almost out of this house).

Cookies and cream powercrunch. I've now had every one except the berry one. The chocolate and peanut butter ones are the two best.

Subway.

"Fajitas"- skinless chicken breast cooked on stove, green peppers, red peppers, onion, black beans, fajita seasoning, lettuce wrapped.

2 bites of the ice cream bar I stopped eating last night.

And what I want is a toasted PB english muffin. (which are halfway stale already I think).

What I really want is a pumpkin apple muffin from Bread Basket. Which is right next to the library I plan on staying at the next 4 days.

I read through my food log, and I've been doing alright calories wise (1200-1400 everyday, wayyy better than when I was eating 1,2,3x jumbo chocolate chip cookies/coffee cakes/donuts/mochas etc per day...

But everyday I still slip with a little something (chips ahoy, unnecessary crunch bar, extra cereal) meaning I HAVE to exercise.

So today, the last thing I wanted to do was workout, but I was feeling crappy at 930 for not doing something, so I just climbed our stairs up and down 25 times.

Probably burnt 90 calories!

Now bring on the massive headache.

English muffin with PB (microwave actually wasn't horrible toaster replacement for now)

Today's plans:

Go deposit 1047 bucks!!!

Go to the library, get some books.

Go to the park.

Eat a power crunch bar.

Make a TJMaxx/Target run.

Came home, microwaved beans, veggies and chicken from last night, lettuce went shredded into the bowl this time, mixed it with hot salsa. mmmmm

And I'll be in Lake George Sunday-Monday!

Fajita stuff for lunch, Weight Watchers smart ones mac'n'cheese for dinner. At 545. Eeek.

Caved in for dessert with my mini lemon cakes.

930am PB english muffin

1045am 30min Yoga workout

Noon powercrunch

Driving home from Latham at 4pm, I really really wanted anything BBQ-saucey. Was trying not to go to D'Andreas, because its a waste of calories, time, I've had it before so its not even a new, fun experience..

And so I went to PJs right off 13N for the first time.

Skipped the curly fries and cornbread but had a great pulled chicken sandwich, with the BBQ sauce applied myself. Bad part was the kaiser roll. But sooo good.
