Janae's scale Empty Thursday Morning- After Down Day #3

136.4- down 1.4 after 3 down days! And 4.6 for the summer. Slow and steady.

So I thiiink this might become a slow diet soon (1 pound per week) but at least I'm consistently down every weigh-in!

I havent seen 136 since December.

Plus, this diet has been no struggle at all. Yay!
