Waterlogged.

Logging my water intake. Will edit as I hit my marks! Won't be including coffee or tea, but will include Crystal Light.
Monday:
Ugh. I think I drank 60oz. 40 plain. 20 Crystal Light.
I might burst.
Who does this on a daily basis? People without bladders?

This is ridiculous.
I refuse to get out of bed for the 3rd time in 30 mins to pee.

so I was in the store reading all of the quick fix diet programs
thought I'd do a cleanse instead.
Jillian Michaels had one, but it was 14 days....that seemed too long for me...and came home and read some bad reviews on it
It's not intended for you to lose weight...just kick start you into healthier eating, and drinking more water...clean out your system.
I thought maybe since I've never done this it might shift something in my body and reboot it??
it's a lot of pills...4 twice a day...so we'll see if I can get through day one.
